One figure out of 100, weighted by how much each fundamental each statement is and how much each capability influences revenue.
Five stages. The stage matters more than the number: a business at foundation at risk needs stabilising, not scaling.
Built from your own leads, close rate and deal value, and decomposed across the ten capabilities.
A written PDF naming what is in place, what is missing, and which gaps are critical.
The scan asks for your monthly leads, average deal value and close rate. If you don't know them, that is itself one of the most common findings; capability nine exists precisely because most businesses cannot see their own numbers.
The scan asks for your contact details before it asks anything else, and it asks for commercially sensitive figures after that. You should know what happens to both before you type them, not afterwards.
Your contact details identify the report and how it reaches you.
Your answers generate the report. That is what they are for.
I will follow up using a short sequence of emails about what your report found. That is the honest exchange for a free diagnostic, and I would rather say so here rather than surprise you.
Your figures are not published, shared or sold.
Your results are never used as an example without written permission.
No call is required at this point. The report is generated and sent whether or not you ever speak to me.
The scan is self-reported and nothing in it is verified. It's value is structure and comparability; the same hundred statements, in same order, weighted the same way, for every business. This is what makes your result comparable to your own result ninety days later.
The revenue-at-risk figure is not audited and is not a guarantee. It is only as accurate as the numbers you put in. Its purpose is to make the size of a gap concrete, not to produce a figure for a board pack.
The score exists to locate a constraint, not to grade you. A low score in a young business is expected, and useful.
